| 摘 要： | 采用下胚轴伤口菌丝接种法 ,接种具有地区和致病性代表性的大豆疫霉根腐病菌 7个菌株 ,筛选出 2 3个具有稳定抗感表现的大豆品种 (系 ) ,可作为未来建立大豆疫霉根腐病菌生理小种鉴别系统的候选品种 (系 )。

| Abstract: | Seven isolates of Phytophthora sojae representing different regions and virulence were inoculated by hypocotyl inoculation technique using mycelium.Twenty three varieties/lines gave stable resistant/susceptible reaction to all the isolates,suggesting that they are suitable candidates for future differential varieties/lines.$$$$ |
