青菜及甘蓝中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留动态研究

摘    要:建立了甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留量测定的LC-MS方法,并用于青菜及甘蓝中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留动态研究.样品采用乙腈提取,经石墨化碳去除色素后,用LC-MS法对甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐残留进行定量分析.结果表明,该方法最小检出量为0.5 ng,最低检出浓度为0.01 mg/kg;样本添加浓度0.01 mg/kg、0.05 mg/kg、0.50 mg/kg,回收率为71.4%~93.2%,变异系数1.58%~8.98%.1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在青菜和土壤中半衰期分别为1.3 d和2.0 d,5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在甘蓝和土壤中的半衰期分别为1.0 d和1.2 d.在以1%甲维盐337.5 g/hm2、5%甲维盐162.0 g/hm2高剂量施药处理的青菜、甘蓝中,最终残留低于最大残留限量(0.05 mg/kg).

Abstract:A method for the determination of emamectin benzoate residues was developed,and residual dynamics of emamectin benzoate in Chinese cabbage and kohlrabi were studied.Residues of emamectin benzoate in Chinese cabbage,kohlrabi and soil were extracted by acetonitrile and cleanup with graphitic carbon,and determined by LC-MS.In this method,the lowest detectable amount was 0.5 ng,and the lowest concentration was 0.01 mg/kg.The recoveries of emamectin benzoate were 71.4%-93.2%,and RSD were 1.58%-8.98% when adding ...
