| 摘 要： | 由于目前膳食的均衡性和多样化无法得到保证,我国居民中存在较为严重的营养问题。营养强化是目前国际公认的最为经济、快速、有效和可控的营养手段。正确合理地采取食品强化和营养补充措施是提高公众营养水平的必要途径。

| Abstract: | At present,a balanced and diversified diet can not be guaranteed,and serious nutritional problems are existed in the inhabitants of our country.Fortification is one mean of nutrition that is internationally recognized,most economic,fast,effective and controllable.Correctly and reasonably to take measures of food fortification and nutritional supplements is a necessary way to improve public nutrition levels. |
