关于旅游人才培养模式的构建

近年来,山东省高等旅游教育虽然取得了快速的规模扩张,但其人才培养中出现了理论与实践脱节等问题。因此,山东省高等旅游教育应该实行"产、学、研"合作人才培养。但目前山东省高等旅游教育中,"产、学、研"并没有做到深层次的结合,"产、学、研"合作人才培养模式并没有真正形成。这就需要我们不断加强旅游专业实训基地的建设,着力提高旅游院校教师和学生的研究水平,积极促进旅游研究成果的应用,以实现"产、学、研"在山东省旅游人才培养中的良性互动。

The research of the Practice-learning - Study cooperation Personnel Training pattern on High Education of Tourism in Shandong Provice

In recent years, although Shandong provice’s high education of tourism have got speedy scale dilation, there are some problems coming out in personnel training , such as theory to be disjointed with practice. Therefore,we should adopt the personnel training pattern of Practice-learning -Study cooperation. Now, Practice-learning - Study cooperation only stay on superficial level.This requires that we reinforce the construction of practical base,making effort to improve teacher and student ‘s study, promoting the apply of the achievement, to realize the mulilateral promotion of Practice,learning and Study .
