玫瑰花的干燥技术及其加工利用研究进展

摘    要:新鲜玫瑰花经采摘后容易枯萎变色、不易保存,干燥可以有效延长玫瑰花的保质期。对玫瑰花的5种常用干燥技术(物理、热风、热泵、真空冷冻、微波)及玫瑰花的加工利用现状进行了综述,旨在为今后玫瑰花的绿色、节能干燥以及玫瑰花资源的利用与产业发展提供理论参考。

Research Progress of Drying Technology, Processing and Utilization of Roses
Abstract:Fresh roses cannot be preserved for a long time as they are easily deteriorated and discolored after picking. Drying can effectively prolong the shelf life of roses. In this review, five commonly used drying technologies of roses, such as physical methods, hot air, heat pump, vacuum freezing and microwave are summarized, and their working mechanisms and application examples were briefly expounded. In addition, the current status of processing and utilization of roses was introduced. The purpose of this paper aims to provide theoretical references for green and energy-saving drying techniques of roses, as well as for the utilization of rose resources and the development of industry.
