宁都黄鸡卵巢中卵泡生长速度的研究

试验以我省名地方鸡种－宁都黄鸡成年母鸡为研究对象，每天间隔饲喂脂类染色剂ＳｕｄａｎⅢＳｕｄａｎＢｌａｃｋ，其卵泡因其脂质被染色而形成红墨相间的染色环，根据染色环圈数判断卵泡成熟前迅速生长的天然，根据染色环半径计算出卵泡第天沉积量。

Studies on the Growth of Ovarian Follicles in Ningdu Yellow Chickens

Twelve laying fowl from Ningdu Yellow chickens in Jiangxi Province were used in the experiment. They were fed with two kinds fat Solvable dye (Sudan and Sudan Black) in turn every day. Black alternating with red dyeing circles in yolk were formed because the fat was dyed. Days of the rapid growth of the follicles before maturation can be determined based on the amount of circles. The deposit of yolk by the day can be calculated based on the radiuses of the circles. The results indicate that a period of five to nine days, an average of 7.41.14 days, is necessary for the rapid growth of follicles before maturation of these follicles, 76% of them needed about seven to eight days. The peak of yolk deposit was observed on the first day before maturation. 85.13% of the yolk is deposited during the first to fourth day before maturation.
