基于温度控制器的金华酥饼烤箱电气化改造

摘    要:本文测量并分析了金华传统炉烤制酥饼过程中空气温度和炉壁贴饼前后的壁温,根据经验确定电烤炉的传递函数和参数,利用PID控制方法进行控制电烤箱内部空气温度和控制炉壁温度的结构图的仿真曲线分析,对酥饼电烤箱温度控制器的硬件和软件模块作了初步设计,力求将传统土炉温度的经验控移植到电烤炉。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the traditional measuring and Jinhua an oven crackers process air temperature and the furnace wall stick wall temperature before and after the bread,According to the experience to determine the transfer function of electric oven and parameters,Using PID control method to control the internal air temperature and control electric oven temperature of furnace wall drawing simulation curve analysis,Electric oven temperature controller for crackers of hardware and software module as a preliminary design,The traditional soil to the experience of the furnace temperature control transplanted to electric oven.
