| 摘 要： | 本文测量并分析了金华传统炉烤制酥饼过程中空气温度和炉壁贴饼前后的壁温,根据经验确定电烤炉的传递函数和参数,利用PID控制方法进行控制电烤箱内部空气温度和控制炉壁温度的结构图的仿真曲线分析,对酥饼电烤箱温度控制器的硬件和软件模块作了初步设计,力求将传统土炉温度的经验控移植到电烤炉。
