甜菜不同类型品种品质指标的初步研究

摘    要:对影响甜菜品质指标的初步研究结果表明,(1)生育期内氨态氮和钠含量在叶片和块根内不断下降,叶片中钾的含量逐渐增加,块根内逐渐减少。品种类型间存在明显的差异,特别是块根分化形成期和糖分积累期。(2)高糖型品种的品质优于丰产型品种。(3)子叶的钾含量与收获时块根的品质指标关系密切。因此,子叶中钾含量可做为选育和鉴定优良品质品种的重要生理指标。(4)叶片和块根内的钾、钠、氨态氮、蔗糖彼此间的相关关系密切。其中叶片中的钾、钠、氨态氮与品质性状显著相关。这些指标与品质性状在生育早期就处于正相关或负相关。为此,根据这些指标的综合评价,在生育早期就能选择出具有丰产、高糖、性状优良的新品种。

The primary Studies of Quality Indices of Different Sugarbeet Varieties

Abstract:The primary studies on the indices in relation to sugarbeet quality were made in this paper, and results shown that: 1) Contents of sodium and aminontrogen in leaf and root decreased gradually within growth period and potassium content in leaf increased, while that decreased in the root. The significantly difference exist between the different types of beets, especially in the stage of root differentation and forming,and sugar accumulating stage. 2) The quality of high-sugar content type is superior to that of high-yield type. 3) potassium content in cotyledon has correlation closely with other quality indices in harvesting, so,regarded cotyledon potassium content as an important physiological parametre to select and indentify the high-sugar content varieties.4) Contents of potassium,sodium, aminonitrogen and sucrose in the leaf and root are correlative with each other closely. The contents of potassium, sodium, and aminonilroen in leaf have significantly correlation with quality characteristics. The positive or negetive correlation is already in the early development stage. So, by comprehensive evaluating with those indices, high-yield and hign-sugar content varieties with good quality can be selected during early development stage.
