嗜热链球菌超浓缩培养过程中菌体生化代谢规律研究

摘    要:采用改良增殖培养基及微孔滤膜法进行嗜热链球菌的超浓缩培养。嗜热链球菌菌数达1.032×1010个.mL-1,培养过程中测定了嗜热链球菌对培养基中糖、蛋白质和脂肪的代谢变化规律,为有效建立嗜热链球菌超浓缩培养技术提供实验依据。

Abstract:The improved proliferation medium and vltrafiltration was applied to culture of high cells population of Streptococcus thermophilus.Finally the number of Streptococcus thermophilus was 1.032×1010·mL-1.On the basis of the experiments,metabolic rules of nutrient substance including sugar,protein and fat in medium were studied on the effect of Streptococcus thermophilus.The result would provide an experimental foundation for setting up the method of culture with high cells population of Streptococcus thermophilus.
