| 摘 要： | 无菌操作采取疑似猪链球菌病的仔猪组织,接种血平板,对染色镜检为链球菌的菌落分纯、液体培养后进行DNA抽提,用荚膜多糖、溶菌酶释放蛋白基因、胞外蛋白因子基因的特异性引物分别扩增出236bp、572bp和867bp大小的目的片段,鉴定确认该菌株为猪链球菌2型。

| Abstract: | The tissues of piglets with suspicious disease introduced by swine streptococcus suis were collected with aseptic technique and inoculated to sheep blood agar,and it was diagnosed for streptococcus suis by Gram staining and microscopic observation.The colonies of streptococcus suis were purified and liquid-cultured,then the DNA was extracted and objective fragments 236bp, 572bp and 867bp were amplified with specific primers of capsular polysaccharide,muramidase-released protein gene and extracellular protein factor by PCR,respectively.The results indicated the strain was swine streptococcus suis type 2. |
