农业共性技术及其推广主体

共性技术概念的提出是从经济和管理视角对技术本质及特征的深化认识。农业技术体系可以划分成农业基础技术、农业共性技术和农业专有技术三个层次和类型，农业共性技术具有技术和经济方面特性。农业共性技术的特性决定了其具有不同的供给和推广主体，各供给和推广主体具有不同的运作方式和合作形式。

Agricultural Generic Technology and Its Extension Organizations

Proposed conception of Generic Technology was that the perceptibility of connotation and characteristic about technology was deepened with the view of economy and management. The agricultural technology system can be divided into three groups： agricultural infrastructure technology, agricultural generic technology, and agricultural proprietary technology, and agricultural generic technology has some characteristics in technique and economy. The characteristics of agricultural generic technology fix on their different supply and extension organizations, and the organizations have different type of operation and cooperation.
