桑树育苗技术中应用2号ABT生根粉的试验研究

由中国林科院研制的２号ＡＢＴ生根粉，应用于扦插育苗难度较大的桑树品种──湖桑３２，对插条生根有明显的促进作用。试验证明：浓度１０Ｏｍｇｋｇ－１，处理８小时，生根率达８７．５％，而对照仅为２３．３％；冷藏前处理较扦插前处理效果更明显；中、下部插条较上部插条生根率高。

Study on the Application of Rooting Powder ABT No. 2 in Mulberry Cuttage

Rooting Powder No. 2 was effective in the rooting of Morus alba,a mulberry vari-ety difflcult to root.The result showed that the rooting percentage of Morus alba treatedwiththe powder in 100 mgkg-1 for eight hours was 87.5% while that of the control was only 23,3%,The powder applied before cool storage was more effective than before cutting.Thecuttings from middle and lower parts had a hi8her rooting percentage than those from upperparts.
