| 摘 要： | 采用Universally Primed PCR(UP-PCR)技术对分离自辽宁省不同地区的西瓜、甜瓜、黄瓜枯萎病株的21株尖孢镰孢菌菌株进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:6条通用引物共扩增出61条带,其中多态性条带58条,占总条带数的95.1%。通过聚类分析,在相似系数0.746处将21株菌株分为6个类群:FOG1类群包含6株甜瓜尖孢镰孢菌菌株,FOG2包含6株西瓜专化型尖孢镰孢菌菌株,FOG3包含6株黄瓜专化型尖孢镰孢菌菌株,FOG4包含1株西瓜专化型尖孢镰孢菌菌株,FOG5包含1株甜瓜尖孢镰孢菌菌株,FOG6包含1株黄瓜专化型尖孢镰孢菌菌株。

| Abstract: | Twenty-one isolates of Fusarium oxysporum from watermelon(Citrullus lanatus),melon(Cucumis melo L.)and cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)in various areas of Liaoning province were analyzed by UP-PCR.The results indicated that a total of 61 bands were amplified using 6 primers,of which 58 amplified fragments(95.1 %)were polymorphic.The isolates were clustered into six distinct groups at the similarity of 0.746 by cluster analysis.FOG1 group includes six strains of melon,FOG2 group includes six strains of watermelo... |
