瘦肉型华特猪配套系选育研究

摘    要:在继代选育甘肃瘦肉型猪新品系A、B、C和纯种繁育杜洛克、约克夏与长白猪的基础上,于1991年开展了“华特配套系”的选育工作。杜洛克是理想的父本品种,A系拟作父系的母系,B系拟作母系的父系,C系拟作母系的母系。经过3年5批次共48个杂交组合的配合力测定试验表明:DA、DB配套系是理想的二元杂交配套模式。BC组合的瘦肉率较低,仅为54.59%,但其繁殖性能突出,宜做三元或四元配套的母系。DLY为理想的三元配套杂优猪的生产模式,其日增质量、料肉比、瘦肉率分别为725g、3.47:1、59.86%。通过对肥育、胴体、肉质性状的综合分析表明:DABC是最佳杂交配套模式,DLY和DA次之,DABC的25~100kg,肥育天数为100d,日增质量为747g、料肉比为3.38:1、瘦肉率为60.50%,配合力测定结果与A、B、C的培育目标相一致。

Abstract:On the basis of breeding new strains A、 B、 C and purely breeding Duroc、Yorkshire、 Landrace, selection and breeding of "Huate" best-hybridized combination werecarried out in 1991. Duroc is ideal sire breed, strain A 、 B and C would be dam line of sire line,sire line of dam line and darn line of dam line. After three-year's experiences of combining abilitydetermination (including five periods), the results showed: DA and DB are ideal three-way crossmodels. Although BC has low lean meat percentage, it can be used for the ideal dam line of threeway or four-way cross model because of its excellent reproductive performance; DLY is goodthree-way cross model with such performance as daily gain (7259)、 feed conversion rate(3.47 :1)and lean meat percentage (59.86 %) respectively. by fully analyzing fatting. carcass and meatperformance, the results showed f the four-way cross combination--DABC is best one, next areDLY and DA. during the period of 25-100 kg, fatting days、daily gain. feed conversion rate andlean meat percentage are 100 d. 747 kg. 3.38 :1 、60.50 % respectively. those is corresponded withthe breeding objectives of strains A、 B、 and C.
