西部农村地区劳务输出问题研究——以三峡库区为例

介绍了三峡库区劳务经济的现状：库区劳务经济已取得一定的发展;人多地少,生态脆弱,农村剩余劳动力需要转移;经济发展水平滞后,吸纳就业能力弱。分析了三峡库区劳务输出存在的问题：三峡库区输出的劳动力文化素质低,技术单一;思想较为保守,就业区域意向明显;输出人员收入较低,就业风险较大;政府对劳务输出人员的后勤服务力度不够。针对这些问题,提出了发展三峡库区劳务经济的对策建议：健全和完善培训机制,提高劳动力的素质和技能;搭建就业网络平台,解决就业信息不对称问题;大力发展劳务中介组织,促进劳动力合理流通;充分发挥政府的后勤服务作用,解决外出务工人员的后顾之忧。
