| 摘 要： | 目的]为调查鲁西地区猪传染性胸膜肺炎病的流行状况，建立了检测胸膜肺炎线杆菌（Aetinobacillus pleuropnemunoniae，APP）的PCR方法。方法]利用PCR方法对186头病死猪的病变组织及545头无临床症状健康猪群进行了APP的流行病学研究。结果]186份病料中APP阳性率占43．0％（80／186），545份猪血清APP阳性占7．9％（43／545）。结论]该PCR方法可作为APP临床诊断的重要手段之一。 |
