高加索三叶草和白三叶幼苗期抗旱性生理研究

摘    要:试验在模拟干旱的条件下,测定了幼苗期高加索三叶草和白三叶在干旱胁迫下的抗旱生理指标,通过观测在干旱条件下的存活时间、叶片细胞质膜透性、游离脯氨酸含量、过氧化物酶活性等生理指标的变化,并与同期正常浇水组相比较。根据各指标的变化动态对幼苗期高加索三叶草和白三叶的抗旱性能进行了初步的研究和探讨。试验表明,高加索三叶草幼苗比白三叶表现了更强的抗旱性。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out under analogue drought condition, and some physiological indexes of Caucasian clover and white clover during seedling period under different drought stress conditions were determined. Through surveying the survival time of seedlings and relative conductance ratio, proline content, POD activity in drought group compared with that in normal irrigated group, some conclusions could be drawn that the drought-resistance of Caucasian clover seedling was stronger than that of white clover seedling.
