摘    要:对不同产地来源的62个蜂胶样品用Venusil MP C184.6mm×250mm,5μm为色谱柱,甲醇:0.4%H3PO4=60:40为流动相,在360nm波长下进行了HPLC的指纹图谱测定。将蜂胶HPLC指纹图谱分为六个区域,提出了以第四区的1号峰、2号峰、5号峰为蜂胶鉴别的主要依据,结合六个区域的指纹图谱进行真伪鉴别。采用本文研究的方法,进行了长期的蜂胶真伪判定实践,证明该方法具有可操作性强、准确度高的特点。

HPLC fingerprint graphs identification of different geographical origin of propolis and its authenticity

Abstract:A fingerprint method was established for investigating different geographical origin of propolis, 62 samples were analyzed. Using HPLC detection method equipped with Venusil MP C18 column (4.6mm×250mm, 51μm), using methanol and 0.4% H3PO4 (60 : 40) as mobile phase, UV detector set at 360 nm. There are 6 regions characteristic fingerprints, the significant differences appear in the fourth region. Using the 1st peak,, the 2nd peak, and the 5th peak in the fourth region as the main basis, combining with the six regions for the authenticity of fingerprint identification. After a long-term practice of the authenticity of propolis, proved that the method is feasible and accurate.
