| 摘 要： | SOAP方法具有主观感觉、客观事实、分析、制定方案4个核心要素,能够解决电子阅览室存在的网络故障。首先,介绍了SOAP方法的具体内容,然后,分析了此方法解决网络故障的思路,最后,通过实践来证明此方法在使用过程中的实用性,从而保障电子阅览室网络的正常运行。

| Abstract: | The method of SOAP which has four core elements include a subjective feeling objective facts,analysis and programming,and it can be used in electronic reading discovery and troubleshoot network problems.First,the article describes the specific content of SOAP methods,and analysis how to use the SOAP to solve the network failure.Through practicing,we can get the idea that the SOAP can be made work in the network electronic reading room. |
