| 摘 要： | 图书馆具有的公共性、公益性与开放性的特点,在我国农民阅读的兴起和发展中,应该成为重要的平台和坚实的基础。农村图书馆能够为农民阅读拓展服务渠道,在构建和谐社会主义新农村中起重要作用。大力发展农村图书馆可以为农民提供知识平台,传播先进思想文化,承担信息咨询服务,提高农民阅读水平,促进我国新农村科学文化建设。

| Abstract: | Library is essentially featured to be open,public and equal to everyone.It plays an important role in the development and improvement of rural reading in China.Rural libraries help farmers to enhance their access to reading service,which speeds up the building of a harmonious society.Through rural libraries,farmers can obtain a service platform of knowledge,absorb up-to-date information and resources,and enjoy the advanced reference service. |
