| 摘 要： | 目前,高校图书馆在开展电子资源共享时,还存在着许多尚待解决的法律问题,稍不注意就有可能触犯知识产权保护法。主要原因是电子文献在网络上的传递影响了原有的信息生产者、信息提供者以及信息利用者三者之间的利益均衡。通过对来源方式不同的电子资源进行分类讨论,找出目前电子资源共享上隐藏的法律问题及其解决途径。
