摘    要:[目的]研究不同栽培料配方添加锌、硒微量元素对大球盖菇生长及产量的影响。[方法]设置 9 个栽培料配方处理,并添加锌、硒微量元素,测定各处理大球盖菇菌丝长势、出菇时间、产量、生物转化率等指标。[结果]富硒香菇菌渣 30%+ 玉米芯 70%配方,熟料栽培产量 35 574.32 kg/hm2,产量排名第 1 位,生物转化率 56.9%;富硒黑木耳污染棒渣 70%+ 熟玉米芯 30%配方,熟料栽培产量 32 870.13 kg/hm2,产量排名第 2 位,生物转化率为 52.6%。[结论]香菇菌渣、玉米芯、黑木耳污染料等熟料栽培大球盖菇产量高,特别是黑木耳污染料栽培,不仅可将原料循环利用,还可减少环境污染。栽培料中添加适量的硒元素也可有效提高大球盖菇产量。

Effects of Different Culture Materials and Addition of Zinc and Selenium on the Growth and Yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata

Abstract:[Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of adding zinc and selenium trace elements in different cultivation formula on growth and yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata.[Method]Nine formula treatments of cultivation materials were set,and trace elements of Zn and Se were added to determine the mycelial growth,fruiting time,yield,and biological conversion rate of S.rugosoannulata.[Result]The yield of 30% selenium enriched Lentinus edodes residue+70% corncob formula was 35574.32 kg/hm2,the yield ranked the first,and the biological conversion rate was 56.9%.The yield of 70% selenium-enriched black fungus pollution stick residue+30% cooked corncob formula was 32870.13 kg/hm2,the yield ranked the second,and the biological conversion rate was 52.6%.[Conclusion]Lentinus edodes residue,corncob and black fungus pollution materials had high yield in the cultivation of S.rugosoannulata,especially black fungus pollution materials,which can not only recycle the raw materials,but also reduce environmental pollution.The addition of appropriate amount of selenium in the cultivation materials can also effectively improve the yield of S.rugosoannulata.
