| 摘 要： | 为对1例疑似新城疫病死孔雀进行确诊,采集病死孔雀的心、脾、肺制成匀浆,接种9~11日龄鸡胚进行病毒分离,并采用血凝和血凝抑制试验对分离病毒进行鉴定。结果表明,该孔雀死于新城疫。

| Abstract: | A peacock died from suspecting Newcastle Disease.In order to diagnose the disease,the heart,spleen and lung of the peacock were homogenized to inoculate 9-11 days chicken embryos for isolating virus.Through HA and HI test,the isolated virus was identified Newcastle disease virus.So the peacock was diagnosed to die from Newcastle disease. |
