不同杀菌剂包衣处理对缓解乙阿合剂药害作用的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究土壤在喷施乙阿合剂条件下,不同浓度杀菌剂包衣处理对晋谷29号出苗率、生物学产量和生理指标的影响以及缓解乙阿合剂对谷子药害的作用。结果表明,1.7%敌克松、1%多菌灵和0.6%瑞毒霉+硅藻土种子包衣处理可以明显缓解乙阿合剂对谷子的药害作用;3种浓度的杀菌剂+硅藻土包衣处理与单用硅藻土包衣处理相比,种子出苗率显著提高,且植株株高、穗干质量和茎叶干质量显著增加,千粒质量和叶面积增大,叶片光合速率、蒸腾强度、气孔导度增大,POD,SOD酶活性和可溶性糖含量显著降低;以1.7%敌克松+硅藻土包衣处理效果最佳。

Abstract:In this study,millet variety Jingu29 was taken as the testing material.The seeds of Jingu29 were coated by diatomaceous earth plus concentrations of three germicides such as Fenaminosulf,Carbendazim and Metalaxyl.By application of pot experiment and spraying of Atrazine Acetochlar herbicide,effects of germicidecoating treatments at concentrations of three germicides on rate of emergence,biomass and physiological indexes of millet were studied.The results indicated that the coating treatments of diatomaceous earth +1.7% of Fenaminosulf,1% of Carbendazim and 0.9% of Metalaxyl possessed obvious mitigation effect on hazard of Atrazine Acetochlar herbicide to millet seeds.Compared with the caoting treatment of exclusive application of diatomaceous earth,rate of emergence of seeds rose significantly and height of plant,dry weight of ears,stems and leaves significantly increased.One-thousand-seed weight,leaf area,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance increased.The activities of POD,SOD and the contents of soluble sugar decreased.Among the treatments of diatomaceous earth +three germicides,the coating treatment of 1.7% of Fenaminosulf+ diatomaceous earth enjoyed the best mitigation effect.
