| 摘 要： | 利用景天科植物叶插生根、长芽的特性，采用不同基质及不同配比进行叶插育苗试验。研究叶片生根机理、生根速度、生根部位及生根所需环境条件，寻求在缺少繁殖材料、大量快速育苗的集约式育苗方法，满足市场需要。试验选用德国和八宝景天2个品种，4种不同的基质及配比。结果表明，蛭石：珍珠岩=1：1的基质配比生根率最高，根长状况最理想，根部发育最好，新芽生长发育最快。

| Abstract: | Studied the comparative experiment of the cuttage-seedling with leaf of Sedum Speetablile CavCarmen in different bedsoil, and the mechanism, position, enviroment, speed of making-root of leaf, and want to get the speed-seeding method in having a little of reproducting-material in order to met the demands of maket. The result showed that the best comporsion of mixture was 1 part pearlit plus 1 part Zhishi, and that was goot for rooting and growing of root,and the new bud growed lastly. |
