Study on Different Grapevine Resistances to Plasmopora viticola

Abstract:The resistance of 7 grapevine varieties to plasmopara viticola was estimated by natural infection and inoculation on leaf discs in vitro,as well as artificial inoculation on plants in the field ,in the meantime, the regular of P.viticola and three biochemical contents were also determined. The result showed that the resistance was obvious different between different germplsm Even though no species with immunity from P.viticola within those provided varities.The susceptipibilities of chardonnay and Fuluoxi to P.viticola are the highest; Beite and SV6059 are slightly susceptible;Cabernet Franc ,huabei264 and Xiafulani are moderately susceptible. The determining of biochemical conntents ofgrape leaves showed that with disease indexes to be high,Protein content, soluble sugar were gradually low,but superoxide dismutase (SOD) content was increase.
