| 摘 要： | 应用TIT双羔素不同注射次数对青海半细毛羊进行了免疫试验，共免疫健康母羊939只，试验结果表明，注射了3次TIT双羔素，青海半细毛羊双羔率为10．90％，与注射2次1Tr双羔素(双羔率为7．Ol％)差异显著(P＜O．05)。

| Abstract: | Health ewes of Qinghai semifine wool sheep were used to conduct a immuna test of injection of TIT double-lamb agent.The results were that the twin-lamb rate of Qinghai semifine wool sheep injected with three times of TIT double-lamb agent was 10.90% and one with two times of TIT double-lamb agent was 7.01%.There was a siginificant difference between the twin-lamb rate of the ewes injected with three times and two times of TIT double-lamb agent(P<0.05). |
