摘    要:测定3种沙生灌木材(乌柳材、沙柳材和黄柳材)的密度、干缩率、顺纹抗压强度、抗弯强度等物理力学性能,并用其削片后的刨花直接试制板材,测定其物理力学性能,结果表明:刨花板的静曲强度和内结合强度均能达到国标一级品的要求,对沙生灌木原料只进行削片制造刨花板基本单元的工艺是可行的.

Abstract:Three kinds of desert shrubs(Salix psammophila,Salix cheilophila and Salix gordejevi),were selected to be studied for their adaptabilities for making particleboard.Properties of the three materials were measured,specifically,density,shrinkage ratio,compressive strength parallel to the grain and modulus of rupture.The performance of particleboard was also evaluated.Results showed that the modulus of rupture and internal bond strength of the particleboard met the requirements of the national standard for Grade One products.
