控制车门下沉的设计方法

摘    要:车门是汽车中重要的零部件总成之一,也是使用频率较高的零部件之一。由于其尺寸规格大,因此在安装和使用过程中非常容易发生下沉问题,影响整车外观品质,甚至正常使用。虽然车门下沉是一个无法消除的现象,但可以通过合理的方法控制其下沉量,保证车门的质量,使其正常使用。文章主要是从车门结构设计角度出发,提出几点针对控制车门下沉量的设计方法,主要包括:①轻量化设计;②车门安装点的加强;③数字模拟验证。通过这些方法和项目的掌握,可以有效地提高车门设计效率,防止因下沉问题带来的损失。

Abstract:Vehicle door is one of the main parts of the body, and also one of the components of high frequency use. Due to its large size, it is extremely prone to sag problem in the process of installation and use. That affects the appearance quality of the vehicle and even its normal use . Though the sag of vehicle door is the phenomenon not to be eliminated, the amount of the sag can be controlled by reasonable method. These can ensure the quality of the vehicle door and make it normal use. From the perspective of structure design, some design methods on controlling door sag are put forward, mainly include: (1) lightweight design method; (2)strengthening the door installation points method ; (3) digital simulation verification method. Through these methods and control of the project, the efficiency of the door design can be effectively improved, the loss caused by door sinking problems can be prevented.
