| 摘 要： | 人工气候室中 ,32 0日龄海赛褐蛋鸡 14 4只连续 10d热应激 2 7～ 38℃。用NBT光还原法测定持续高温下血液中红细胞SOD活性 ;用亚硝酸盐形成法测定组织SOD活性。结果表明 :高温组与常温组相比 ,血液中红细胞SOD动态活性降低 ,并维持在一个低于常温组的新水平上 ;肝脏SOD动态活性同时降低 ,其最低值低于常温组 ;肝脏和血液SOD活性呈显著正相关 ,相关系数为γ =0 .6 5。

| Abstract: | Hisex laying hens aged 320 days were divided into 2 treatments of high (27～38)℃and norma1 (23℃). The activity of S0D in red ce1l and in 1iver was determined respectively. The resu1ts indicated that, the activity of S0D in red cell in 27～38℃ declined significant1y, first day in heat-stress, decreased 32.1%(P<0.01),then remained a leve1 below the norma1 temperature. The activity of S0D in 1iver showed a regarding trend as in b1ood, and its level was 1ower than the norma1(P<0.05). The results showed that the activity of S0D between 1iver and blood was corre1ated (r =0.65) |
