| 摘 要： | 从土壤中分离得到一株产生对叶螨等有高活性抗生素的新链霉菌株。该抗生素对各种叶螨(红蜘蛛)、蚜类等都有较高的防治效果。通过对该菌株进行形态特征、培养特征、生理生化、细胞壁组份分析及16S rDNA序列分析,确定该菌种为吸水链霉菌的一株新菌,命名为冰城链霉菌(Streptomyces bingchengensis.n.sp.)

| Abstract: | A streptomyces producing high active antibiotics against acarine was isolated from the Soil of Harbin in Heilongjiang Province. These antibiotics are very effective against acarine and aphid. By studying its morphological, cultural, physiological, biochemical characteristics, chemotaxonomy and 16S rDNA sequences we think it is Streptomyes hygroscopicus named Streptomyces bingchengensis.n.sp. |
