氟磺胺草醚对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:氟磺胺草醚作为一种常见的选择性除草剂被广泛地应用于农作物生产中,其对生态环境具有一定的毒害作用。为研究氟磺胺草醚对小鼠免疫功能的毒性作用,试验各取32只小鼠随机分成空白对照组和3个不同剂量组,灌服给药8d后,测定其对小鼠免疫器官脏器指数及对小鼠胸腺和脾脏的脏器指数的影响,进行迟发型超敏反应试验和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验。结果表明,氟磺胺草醚能降低胸腺、脾脏的脏器指数;不能使小鼠迟发型变态反应减弱;抑制了吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,这表明氟磺胺草醚具有一定免疫毒性。
