旱芹粗提物对棉花枯萎病菌丙二醛含量、电导率及保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:研究了旱芹粗提物对棉花枯萎病菌丙二醛(MDA)含量及保护酶活性的影响。结果显示,粗提物处理过的棉花枯萎菌菌体发生膜质过氧化作用,随着处理时间的延长,MDA累积量增大,8h时达到最高,为对照的3.9倍,48h时降到最低;同时电导率也呈现先升后降的趋势。在12h时达到最高,为对照的1.20倍,48h时降至最低。结果还显示,随着处理时间的增加,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及过氧化物酶(POD)3种保护酶活性先升高后降低,SOD、CAT在10h时达到最高值,分别是对照的1.40倍和1.23倍,48h时降至最低,POD略有不同,在12h达到最高值,是对照的1.47倍,48h时降到最低。上述结果表明,粗提物破坏了枯萎病菌体内SOD、POD及CAT酶系统原有的动态平衡状态,导致自由基清除系统出现障碍,体内自由基水平升高;MDA含量的增加,破坏了膜系统的完整性,对枯萎病菌产生伤害作用。

Abstract:The influences of extraction from Apium graveolens on the content of MDA,conductivity ratio and activities of protective enzymes in Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum were studied.The results indicated that the membrane lipid was peroxidized seriously,after being treated with the extraction,along with treated time prolonged,the content of MDA in mycelium trended increasing in prophase,reached the maximum at eight hours,which was 3.9 times of the control,and decreased to the minimum at 48 hours.Meanwhile conductivity ratio also trended increasing in prophase and then decreasing,reached the maximum at 12 hours,which was 1.20 times of the control,and decreased to the minimum at 48 hours.These results also indicated that,along with treated time prolonged,the activity of SOD,CAT and POD increased firstly and then declined.SOD and CAT reached the maximum at 10 hours,which was 1.40 and 1.23 times of the control,and decreased to the minimum at 48 hours.POD reached the maximum at 12 hours,which was 1.47 times of the control,and decreased to the minimum at 48 hours.These results indicated that the dynamic balances among SOD,CAT and POD in F.oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum were destroyed by A.graveolens extraction.It led to the free radical clear system undergoing dysfunction,the level of free radical in F.oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum increased,the content of MDA increased and the integrality of membrane system was damaged,and consequently injured the F.oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum.
