砀山酥梨质量评定的模糊综合评判

摘    要:根据多年经验 ,提出了一个质量评定标准 ,经广泛征求省内外专家意见 ,整理出颜色、果点、果柄新鲜程度、着色整齐度、带皮硬度、肉质酥脆程度、汁液、滋味 8个评定论域 ;好、一般、差 3个评语等级及各个评定论域的权重。在进行感官检验的基础上 ,采用了模糊综合评判法 ,进一步评价砀山酥梨商品质量 ,收到了比较理想的效果

Abstract:A Set of evaluation standards of Dangshan pear quality was present based on several years experience and many experts research.There were light characters of Dangshan pear including its colour,fresh degree of dot and fruitslalk,speed of skin tinting,handness,crispness,juice and taste and three degrees including good,fair and poor quality in the evaluation standards.The ideal efficiency of quatily evaluation can be obtained based on the application of the blurred synthetic judgerment.
