新疆辣椒区域比较优势实证研究

运用综合比较优势指数法,重点对新疆2012年辣椒种植面积在666.7 hm2以上的20个产区进行区域比较优势的实证分析,包括规模比较优势、效率比较优势和综合比较优势分析。分析结果显示,新疆20个辣椒主产区中,有6个区域不具有综合比较优势,有5个区域的辣椒综合比较优势在1.5以上,其他区域综合比较优势不明显。由于地形、气候、经济水平以及种植历史的差异,新疆辣椒规模优势差距显著,在20个主产区中有10个产区的规模优势在1.6以上,另外10个产区的规模比较优势在1.0及以下;而且在发展过程中也出现管理不善、订单违约、深加工不足等问题,效率比较优势亟待提高。

Regional Comparative Advantage of Hot Pepper Production in Xinjiang

Based on the comprehensive comparative advantage index method, this paper focuses on 20 hot pepper planting areas of Xinjiang with each one over 666.7 hm^2 in 2012, and then makes an empirical analysis of the regional comparative advantages on efficiency advantage indices （EAI）, scale advantage indices （SAI） and aggregated advantage indices （AAI）. The results show that there are six areas without comprehensive comparative advantage in the 20 Xinjiang hot pepper producing areas, five areas with AAI of over 1.5 and the other areas with not obvious integrated regional comparative advantage in the 20 hot pepper growing areas. Due to the difference in topography, climate, economic level and planting history, hot pepper scale advantage in Xinjiang. In the 20 pepper planting areas, there are 10 regions with SAI over 1.6, 10 other regions with SAI of 1.0. And some problems appear in the process of development such as mismanagement, breach of contract and lack of deep processing, so the efficiency comparative advantage of hot pepper production in Xinjiang needs to be improved.
