高速混流泵汽蚀特性与汽蚀性能改善方法

摘    要:分析了用于推进系统的大功率混流泵影响汽蚀特性的主要因素。讨论了启动过程的汽蚀特性以及混流泵汽蚀性能与流量、转速、叶轮参数的关系。分析结果表明,启动过程中的汽蚀现象使混流泵瞬态性能迅速下降,汽蚀性能与流量、转速、叶轮参数等有密切关系。选取最佳汽蚀性能工况点为设计工况点,在满足尺寸要求前提下降低转速,采用合理的叶轮参数等手段可有效提高混流泵的汽蚀性能。

Abstract:The main effects on cavitation performance of large-scale mixed flow pump used in a special propulsion system are analysed. The cavitation characteristics of mixed flow pump during starting period, relations between cavitation performance and flowrate, rotational speed and impeller parameters were discussed. The analysis results indicate that the transient performance of pump during starting period decreases evidently under cavitation condition; cavitation performance of the pump has close relationship with flowrate, rotational speed and impeller parameters. There are valid methods to improve the cavitation performance of the mixed flow pump that is select the best cavitation performance point as design point, reduce the operation speed and adopt effective impeller parameters.
