硅藻土对麦蛾防治效果研究

摘    要:为寻求控制储粮害虫麦蛾Sitotroga cerealella olivier的有效方法,研究了不同温度和湿度条件下不同剂量硅藻土对麦蛾卵及幼虫的F1成虫孵化数和初孵幼虫钻蛀率的影响,结果显示:在相同温度处理条件下,硅藻土在低湿度(RH 65%)的防效优于高湿度(RH75%)的效果;随温度的升高以及剂量的增大硅藻土的防效逐渐增强;硅藻土对麦蛾幼虫的控制效果强于对其卵的效果.

Abstract:To find an effective way to control Sitotroga cerealella Olivier,the effect of different doses of diatomaceous earth(DE) on hatching counts of F1 adults of Sitotroga cerealella eggs and larva,boring rates of newly hatched larva were studied at different temperature and humidity.The results showed that DE had more effective action in low humidity(e.g.RH 65%) than in high humidity(e.g.RH 75%) while exposing to the same temperature.The control effect would be enhanced gradually with temperature and dosage incr...
