| 摘 要： | 确保人才、项目、基地三要素的和谐统一发展,对于实现高等农业院校科技创新能力可持续发展有着极为深远的意义。文章剖析了目前影响高等农业院校科技创新能力可持续发展的制约因素,并从营造科技创新厚积薄发的人文环境、强化项目对青年科技人才的培育作用、构建科技人才脱颖而出的聘用机制、挖掘国际科技合作潜力等方面探讨了促进科技创新能力可持续发展的对策。
