旅游“零负团费”现象的成因及治理

旅游＂零负团费＂现象困扰中国旅游业发展已有十余年之久。过去,国内很多学者主要从经济学、心理学和产品管理等角度来对＂零负团费＂问题进行了探讨。文章用唯物辩证法的方法分析旅游＂零负团费＂产生原因,并从旅游法律法规、税费体系、导游管理及保障机制、旅行社评价体系等方面提出几点宏观上的治理思路及方法。
