红叶石楠试管苗培养与快繁技术研究

摘    要:以红叶石楠的茎段和顶芽为外植体,对影响红叶石楠组织培养能力的不同培养基成分进行研究。结果表明,不同培养阶段的培养基最佳激素配比:启动培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,增殖培养基为1/2MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L;在启动培养阶段添加0.1%的活性炭对培养效果有很好的改善。初步建立了红叶石楠的试管苗组培快繁技术体系。

Abstract:Various medium components influencing tissue culture ability of stems and apical buds in Photinia serrulata were studied. The optimum hormone ratios at different stages were established, initiating medium was MS’(Murashige Skoog)basal medium supplemented with 6-BA 2.0 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L, proliferation medium was 1/2 MS supplemented with 6-BA 2.0 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/L, rooting medium was 1/2 MS supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg/L and IBA 0.5 mg/L. Tissue culture effect was improved with 0.1% active carbon in initiating stage. The tissue culture and rapid propagation technology system of Photinia serrulata was established preliminarily.
