苹果双变气调生理基础的探讨

摘    要:双变气调以低O_2高CO_2处理克服或抑制贮藏初期较高温度的不利影响.试验结果表明,在10—15℃高温度下低O_2高CO_2处理果实的呼吸强度和果内乙烯浓度较低;在温度和CO_2浓度协同降低后,处理果实的呼吸强度和果内乙烯浓度持续较低,其果皮α-法尼烯和共轭三烯含量明显低于冷藏对照.

Abstract:At the early stage of Two-dimensional Dynamic Controlled Atmosphere Storage for apples, the storage temperature was higher, low oxygen plus high carbon dioxide were used to overcome or inhibit the negative influence of higher temperature on stored apples. Results showed that the respiration rate and ethylene concentration of apple fruits stored under higher temperatures(10-15℃), low oxygen and high carbon dioxide conditions were lower; ;%#;;while the temperature and CO2 concentration decreased, they remained lower, and the α-farnesene and conjugated trienes levels in the peel of these stored fruits were lower than those of cold stored fruits.
