摘    要:以海南地区15份杂交种质和2份野生种质为供试材料,对其白胡椒粉的蛋白质、粗脂肪、胡椒碱、胡椒精油等项目进行测试与分析,基本上摸清了海南胡椒种质资源的品质特性,为我国胡椒品种选育提供了重要的基础数据,为建立我国优质胡椒种质资源提供科学依据。

Abstract:The main quality characters of protein, crude fat, piperine, essential oils and other value in 15 samples of different pepper hybridize resources and 2 samples of pepper wild resources from Hainan island were determined. The results showed up the present situation of quality characters of pepper resources. It is much significant for quality breeding and establishing pepper productive base areas of high quality.
