摘    要:为了研究温、湿度和饥饿胁迫对白僵菌防治甜菜夜蛾幼虫的影响,进行了室内试验。结果表明:温度对白僵菌的致病力有显著影响,24~27℃下有利于白僵菌感染甜菜夜蛾幼虫;湿度对白僵菌的致病力也有显著影响,高湿环境有利于白僵菌感染甜菜夜蛾幼虫;饥饿胁迫能显著缩短甜菜夜蛾幼虫被白僵菌杀死的时间。因此,在利用白僵菌防治甜菜夜蛾幼虫时,只有充分考虑温、湿度等天气因素,害虫的食物摄取,幼虫虫龄等基本情况,才能取得最佳的防治效果。

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of temperature,humidity and starvation stress on the virulence of Beauveria bassiana against the larvae of Spodoptera exigua in laboratory were studied.The results showed that the temperature and the humidity had significant impact on the virulence of Beauveria bassiana,range of 24~27℃ and humid environment were beneficial to that Beauveria bassiana infecting the larvae of Spodoptera exigua;The starvation stress could shorten the time of Beauveria bassiana killing the larvae of Spodoptera exigua significantly.Therefore,weather factors such as temperature and humidity,food intake of pests,age of the Larvae must be considered when made use of Beauveria bassiana to prevent the larvae of Spodoptera exigua,and the best control effect could be achieved.
