| 摘 要： | 为了研究叶面喷施重金属的污染方法对烟株生长造成的影响,本试验运用铅、汞、砷、镉4种重金属以叶面喷施的形式对盆栽培养的烟株进行胁迫处理,分3个时期对这些烟株的农艺性状进行测量和分析。结果表明:叶面喷施不同重金属对烟株生长的影响各不一样。其中,砷和汞对烟株各项农艺性状都产生了较大的危害,烟株各部位在受重金属污染后的响应速度上的差距表现为:叶部位慢于茎部位。

| Abstract: | To investigate the influence of foliar spraying heavy-metals on growth of tobacco plant,Pb,Hg,As and Cd had been sprayed to tobacco leaf surface,and un-sprayed tobacco was taken as control.Then the agronomic traits of these tobacco plants were measured and analyzed in three different periods.The results showed that foliar sprayed different heavy-metals had different influences on growth of tobacco plant,among which the As and Hg had the worst effects on each agronomic traits of tobacco.In addition,different tissues of tobacco have different response speeds to heavy-metals pollution,in which the response speed of leaf is slower than that of stem. |
