| 摘 要： | 集体林权制度改革是我国林业生产地区生产力大解放的需要,将会极大地调动林农的生产积极性。现代经济林产业化建设是我国林业生产地区发展林业生产、促进地方经济发展与社会建设的重要途径。文中提出了现代经济林产业化建设的战略目标,即抓住集体林权制度改革机遇,快速健康地发展经济林产业,从而实现"国家得绿,农民得利"的集体林权制度改革的目的。
