水旱种及化学调控对稻米品质的影响

摘    要:以新香优80、R80、TANGARA和IAPAR9为材料,进行水旱种比较试验,并以TANGARA为材料,喷洒多效唑、云大120、黄腐酸3种植物生长调节剂,对不同时期的陆稻进行化学调控,初步研究水、旱种及化学调控对稻米营养品质的影响。结果表明:各品种水种的米质优于旱种,以IAPAR9品质最优,R80其次;旱种下,TANGARA品质最优,R80其次。喷洒化学药剂能有效地改善稻米的营养品质,提高粗蛋白质含量,与对照相比,黄腐酸处理的粗蛋白质含量增加10.7%,多效唑处理增加7.5%,云大120处理增加5.5%。3种植物生长调节剂有利于提高水稻整精米率,降低垩白率。

Abstract:In order to preliminarily study the effects of cultivation in paddy-field or upland and different chemical regulators on nutrient quality of rice,the growth characters of Xinxiangyou80,R80,TANGARA and IAPAR9 which cultivated in paddy-field or upland were compared respectively.Meanwhile,MET,BR-120 and BFA were sprayed to different growth periods of TANGARA,the tested variety,to conduct chemical regulating experiment.The results showed that the rice quality of each variety cultivated in paddy-field was superior to that cultivated in upland,in which,the IAPAR9 had the best rice quality,and the R80 was next;cultivation in upland,the TANGARA had the best rice quality,and the R80 was next.Spraying chemical regulators can effectively improve the nutrient quality of rice and increase the content of crude protein;in comparison with control,the content of crude protein in the rice treated by BFA,MET and BR-120 increased by 10.7%,7.5% and 5.5%,respectively.These three kinds of plant growth regulators are helpful to improve the head rice ratio and to decrease chalky grain ratio.
