浅析村镇银行发展中的困境与可持续发展

村镇银行作为一种新型的农村金融机构,在缓解农村地区金融机构覆盖率低、竞争不充分、金融供给不足,填补农村金融空白,促进我国农村金融的健康发展等方面都有重要的作用。阐述了我国村镇银行发展的现状,对制约其可持续发展的因素进行了分析,并提出了加强村镇银行的政策扶持力度、明确定位服务"三农"目标、拓展村镇银行的资金来源、建立现代人力资源管理模式等推进村镇银行可持续发展的策略建议。

Difficulties of Village Bank during Development and Its Sustainable Development

As a new type of rural finance organization,village bank plays an important role in solving the problems of low coverage rate for rural finance organization,insufficiency competition and lacking financial supply,filling the gap of rural finance,and promoting the healthy development of rural finance in China.The developmental status quo of village bank in China was elaborated,and the factors that restricted the sustainable development of village bank were analyzed.Then,some strategies for promoting the sustainable development of village bank were put forward as follows: strengthening the policy support for village bank,making clear goal that servicing agriculture,countryside and farmers,expanding the financing source for village bank,and establishing modern human resource management model.
