城镇化对耕地功能演变的影响——以湖南邵东县为例

从城镇化发展视角出发,以湖南省邵东县为例,通过科学调查分析了耕地功能变化的基本情况,研究了城镇化与耕地功能相关性,探讨了城镇化建设过程中的耕地功能演变过程。结果表明:耕地的生产、生态、社会功能随着城镇化发展出现了不同程度的弱化现象,但其功能所发挥的价值却由于其资源的稀缺性而不断提升。相关性分析表明,城镇化率与城乡收入差别、农业占总产值比重和单位面积化肥施用量这3个变量均相关。城乡收入差别扩大、农业占总产值比重下降以及化肥施用量增加等变化反映了耕地环境不断遭到破坏、肥力下降,导致耕地生产、社会、生态功能总体出现了不同程度的弱化。

Influence of Urbanization on Function Evolution of Cultivated-land -A Case Study in Shaodong County, Hunan Province

From the perspective of urbanization development,taking Shaodong county as example to explore the evolution process of cultivated-land function in urbanization,and studied on the correlativity between urbanization and cultivated-land functions by scientific investigation and analysis of the basic change of cultivated-land function.The results showed that with the development of urbanization,it was observed that the cultivated-land function including production,ecology,and society was weakening in varying degrees,but the value of the functions was promoted continuously because of the resource rareness.The correlation analysis showed that the urbanization rate related to three variables,urban-rural income disparity,the share of agriculture in total gross production and fertilizer consumption in unit area.The changes such as enlargement of urban-rural income disparity,decrease of the share of agriculture in total gross production and increase of fertilizer consumption in unit area reflected a cultivated environment had been destroyed,which caused the production,society and ecology functions of cultivated-land weaken in varying degrees.
