我国农村金融脆弱性风险分析及对策研究

频繁爆发的金融危机让人们意识到金融系统存在一定的脆弱性,危机的爆发源自于金融系统脆弱性的积累。如何缓解金融系统的脆弱性以防范金融危机是理论和实践共同关注的问题。在我国二元经济结构社会特征下,农村金融与城市金融有明显差异,在行业的弱质性和金融资源不合理配置的共同作用下使得农村金融脆弱性问题十分突出。从分析金融脆弱性的根源入手,探讨了农村金融脆弱性形成原因,并提出了相应对策,从政策和制度层面探求金融脆弱性的治理机制。

Risk Analysis for Fragility of Rural Finance in China and Its Countermeasures

Frequent financial crises have made people realize that the financial system has some fragility,and the eruption of crises traces from the accumulation of the financial system fragility.How to alleviate the fragility of financial system in order to prevent the financial crises has become the common question for theory and practice.Under the dual economic structure in China,there are significant differences between urban finance and rural finance.For agriculture has defects and financial resources is not reasonable configuration,financial fragility is a very serious problem in rural areas.At first,the root of rural financial fragility and the forming reasons for rural financial fragility were analyzed,and then the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,which seeks the administration mechanism for financial fragi1ity from the aspects of policy and system.
