采收方式对上部烟叶质量的影响

以云烟97品种为材料,通过对比两种不同采收方式下叶绿素、外观品质及内在化学成分的差别,研究了不同采收方式对上部烟叶质量的影响。结果表明:一次性采收的上部烟叶各叶位叶绿素含量降低,上部1～6片烟叶的外观品质明显提高,主要表现在烟叶成熟度、发育状况、叶片结构、身份、油份、色度、色均匀度等方面;在内在化学品质方面,一次性采收方式采收的烟叶钾含量、总氮、烟碱含量都要低于传统采收方式采收的烟叶,而淀粉、总糖、还原糖含量都要高于传统采收方式采收的烟叶;总体上看,一次性采收方式采收的烟叶成熟度较高、外观质量较好、化学品质更协调,有利于上部烟叶质量和可用性的提高。

Effects of Different Harvest Methods on Quality of Upper Tobacco Leaves

The Yunyan 97 was taken as material.Through comparison of differences in chlorophyll,appearance quality and inner chemical composition between two different harvest methods to study the effects of different harvest methods on quality of upper tobacco leaves.The results showed that one-time harvest can reduce the chlorophyll content in each position of upper tobacco leaves and obviously increase the appearance quality of upper 1st~6th tobacco leaves which mainly performed in the maturity,growth situation,leaf structure,status,oil,chroma and uniformity of color of tobacco leaves etc.;in terms of the inner chemical composition,the contents of K,total nitrogen and nicotine in tobacco leaves harvested by one-time method were lower than those in the tobacco leaves harvested by traditional harvest method,but the contents of starch,total sugar and reducing sugar in tobacco leaves harvested by one-time method were higher than those in the tobacco leaves harvested by traditional harvest method.On the whole,the tobacco leaves harvested by one-time harvest method had higher maturity,better appearance quality and more coordination of chemical quality,so the one-time harvest method is helpful for improving quality and availability of upper tobacco leaves.
